You’re a Canadian resident, file your taxes, have no private dental coverage, and your adjusted family net income is under $90,000.

You won’t fill out a single form. Bring your CDCP member ID and we take care of the rest.

Depending on your income tier, the CDCP covers 60% to 100% of eligible services. We always give you a written estimate first.
